The department's work

  • develops a unified internal and external marketing strategy of the University;
  • develops a system of qualitative criteria and quantitative indicators of the University's marketing activity, performs an analysis of image and advertising and information activities and proposes measures to increase its effectiveness;
  • conducts marketing research of the external and internal market of educational services;
  • conducts advertising campaigns of the University, monitoring their effectiveness;
  • carries out strategic planning and effective compliance with the University's communication strategies;
  • contributes to the improvement of internal communication between all units of the University through the use of existing and development of new ways of intra-university communication;
  • provides measures to support and shape the corporate culture of the University;
  • carries out measures to expand the presence of the University in the information space;
  • develops a strategy for the development of social networks and web resources of the University;
  • maintains official pages in social networks and fills the main website of the University;
  • provides monitoring and analysis of all social networks and web resources of the University;
  • carries out constant consulting work with the administrators of social network pages and websites of all units of the University;
  • develops the main requirements and criteria for filling the websites of all the University's divisions, pages of departments and pages of teachers;
  • develops rules for the use of the University's official symbols, corporate style and monitors their compliance;
  • advises structural units of the University regarding the use of official symbols and creation of promotional materials;
  • coordinates the preparation of information materials about the University, faculties, educational programs, structural units;
  • together with other units produces promotional printed and souvenir products aimed at popularizing the University in society;
  • organizes university-wide promotional and career guidance events;
  • coordinates the University's participation in external events affecting the University's position on the educational market.
