In order to prevent a situation where the project may be rejected due to non-compliance with formal requirements, before writing the application, it is necessary to carefully study the specifics of grant competitions, paying attention to the formation of a package of documents. Usually, a package of documents for submitting a grant application includes an application form that describes the project or research in detail, as well as a budget that reveals financial needs and the allocation of funds for various types of expenses. The last stage is the preparation of applications. They can include a variety of information, such as additional reports, recommendations, or data visualizations.
